account_idinteger<p>int of the account id to get a subset of relevant contacts for the account</p>
<ul>
<li>if not used the response will return all contacts</li>
</ul>
data_idstring<p>string of data hash of all the account's last known contacts given by calling getContacts API call</p>
<ul>
<li>incase of sending empty value -> we will get in response the hash dataId of the last known account's contacts.</li>
<li>incase of sending the latest dataId, and no changes were made in the contacts data, we will get null value in response.</li>
<li>incase of sending the latest dataId, and change <em>were made</em> in the contacts data, we will get a new dataId hash in response.</li>
