This function is used to merge separate UTXOs within an account.
return - Merges separate utxos depending on the parameters

*****NOTE: this function can only be called for accounts who are configured as omnibus accounts.

example:

coin_typestringthe coin to query merge utxos requests

account_idintegerthe account used in this operation

min_amountstringthe min amount for utxo to be collected

max_amountstringthe max amount for utxo to be collected in Satoshi

feeintegerfee to pay for each merge utxos transaction created

max_utxos_per_transactionintegerthe max quantity of utxos to be included in same transaction
